Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Advisor to join our Business Development Team.
The Sales Advisor’s responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, setting-up meetings, update CRM database, meeting sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and have the confidence to reach out to potential customers to promote our services and products, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- To actively seek out new sales opportunities by identifying prospects, meeting them and evaluating their needs.
- To gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team for effective formulation of strategies.
- To maintain good relations with potential and existing customers.
- To provide timely/ regular support and service to existing customers, recommend solutions to difficulties faced by the clients.
- To deliver presentations on our products and services.
- To create frequent reviews and reports with sales and performance records (i.e. collecting, analyzing and summarizing information).
- To assist and/or participate in exhibitions/ conferences/ roadshows
- To negotiate sales deals and handle complaints or objections
- To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum experience required: 2 years as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Fluent in English, BM and Mandarin (ability to speak dialect(s) is a bonus)
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Working knowledge in MS Office (knowledge in CRM software is a plus)
- Excellent phone and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Possess own transport
