Job Description
1. Compilation of all Purchase Requisition / Purchase Orders and to source for quotation before getting approval from the GM.
2. . To liaise with Accounts Department for all cash purchases
3. To prepared Payment Order for advance cash for purchase local parts and hardware URGENT Requested.
4. Going out to purchase goods and to arrange delivery and collection of goods when necessary.
4. Going out to send or collect documentation if Urgent at Menara Kastam Office as and when necessary.
6. To update the log book on purchase orders.
7. Collect documents from Administration Office
8. To prepare Purchase Order of Shipping Advice for Declaration kastam
9. To keep track & updates record on stationery used for purchasing Department.
10. Photocopy, typing and faxing as and when required.
11. Compilation of all Purchase Requisition, LPO, Payment Order , Quotation complete with Invoice and GRN. Then to be copy all complete sets before pass to Account Department.
12. Record all complete sets LPO in purchasing book record after done check-by from Rozaline before given all sets to Account Department.
13. General housekeeping of office.
14. Take instructions from Purchasing Executive when needed to carry out related jobs and other non-routine jobs as requested from time to time.
15. Update Halal Certificate for Raw Material Abbott and Raw Material SID and Ice cream materials given sets copy to HR Department and QA Department.
16. Filling all Purchase order and other related document for purchasing matters.
17. Follow-up order, quotation and Invoice by supplier.
